We, the property owners of River Ridge, are united in our concern about the actions and inactions of our Board of Directors' President, Vice President, and Treasurer. This petition, initiated in accordance with River Ridge Bylaws Article XIII, Section 4, represents a crucial step in addressing the leadership failure that undermines our community's trust and well-being.

Property owners are calling for the removal of the BOD President, Vice President, and Treasurer due to multiple actions and failures that violate their fiduciary duties, Virginia state law, and our governing documents, including:

Failure to provide financial records as required under VA Code 55.1-1815
Failure to produce accurate or reconciled financial statements since May
Failure to respond to formal records requests or complaint forms
Lapsed state licenses and regulatory non-compliance
Mishandling of BOD meetings, illegal “work sessions,” and improper cancellations
Conflicts of interest and inconsistent enforcement of rules
Targeting and retaliating against property owners who request lawful information
Questionable contractor bidding processes and lack of transparency in expenditures
These actions place River Ridge at serious legal, financial, and operational risk and have eroded trust in the leadership of these officers.
