Children deserve better air quality. The newly added bike lanes and "buffers" along Westmont did away with two lanes of traffic. The now one lane road in both directions, is stricken with traffic, especially at school dropoff and pickup times. Three schools, all on the same street with roughly one-thousand plus children, are directly affected by this. Not to mention, residents, as well. The decreased flow of traffic and increased idle times have added new pollution and poorer air quality that our children are being forced to breath. The children going and at school, deserve better air to breath, not worse. Lets put it back the way it was and increase traffic flow again.
