The speed cameras being placed around the city are an attempt to add another way of taking our hard earned money. If they want safer streets they need to improve driver training.There are many countries where speed limits are higher yet their road safety is not affected due to rigorous driver training. Sometimes the flow of traffic is higher than the speed limit, sometimes you need to pass someone. These are not reasons for people to be getting tickets in the mail. These tax dollars could go towards a numerous amount of alternate productive causes. If you agree and are tired of the speed cameras, sign the petition and let’s get them taken down!
