Remove all fluoride from water

Remove all fluoride from water
The Issue
Fluoride is a chemical that has been added to public water supplies for decades. While it was originally intended to improve dental health, recent studies have shown that fluoride has negative effects on overall health.
One of the main concerns with fluoride is its potential impact on brain development. According to a study published in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives, exposure to high levels of fluoride during pregnancy may be associated with lower IQ scores in children.
In addition, some studies have suggested that fluoride may increase the risk of certain types of cancer, including bone cancer and bladder cancer.
Despite these concerns, many communities continue to add fluoride to their water supplies. We believe that this practice should be stopped immediately.
Removing all fluoride from water would not only protect public health but also save taxpayers money. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), adding fluoride to water costs an average of $0.50 per person per year. This may not seem like much, but it adds up over time – especially when you consider that many people are exposed to multiple sources of fluoride (such as toothpaste and mouthwash).
We urge our elected officials and community leaders to take action now by removing all fluoride from public water supplies. It's time for us to prioritize our health over outdated practices – and ensure that our communities are safe places for everyone.
