Living in the Chapel Creek neighborhood has always been a source of pride and joy for me, but recent developments have made it increasingly difficult to stand by in silence. The current Chapel Creek Board has made several decisions that do not align with the community's best interests. It's time to take action and initiate a recall for the current Board members.

Residents of the Chapel Creek neighborhood have witnessed a series of concerning decisions and actions by the Board. Many of these decisions have been made with little to no transparency or community input, leaving residents feeling excluded and voiceless. It's important that the Board represents the community accurately and listens to the concerns of the people it serves.

For instance, there have been unapproved alterations in community amenities that have directly affected our property values and quality of life. Additionally, budget allocations seem to reflect personal interests rather than the collective needs and preferences of the community. Many in the neighborhood have expressed their dissatisfaction, yet their voices have been ignored or stifled.

The management of community funds has also raised eyebrows, with questionable expenses that do not seem to benefit the wider community. These financial decisions require immediate attention and transparency to ensure they are legitimate and necessary.

It is our duty and right as members of this neighborhood to hold the Board accountable. By initiating a recall, we can pave the way for leaders who prioritize community input, transparency, and the well-being of all Chapel Creek residents. We envision a Board that listens, responds, and respects the voices of its people. Let us stand together and demand the change that our neighborhood deserves.

We intend to call a special meeting requesting the following votes:

1. Removal of current Board of Directors of Chapel Creek Homeowner’s Association, Inc.
2. Conducting an election for the all positions of Board of Directors at Chapel Creek Homeowner’s Association, Inc. after removal vote.
   
   
3. Allowing nominations from the floor for elections of the Board of Directors at Chapel Creek Homeowner’s Association, Inc.
   
   
4. Discussing rules and regulations, Declarations, and Bylaws that pertain to Chapel Creek Homeowner’s Association, Inc.
   
   
5. Vote to Remove all or certain portions of the Rules and Regulations that were passed by the Board of Directors in 2025. 
   
   
6. Hiring a new management company to aid in Chapel Creek Homeowner’s Association, Inc in conducting day-to-day operations, including but not limited to obtaining assessments, holding elections, and whatever else may be required. Removing the current management company, that represents Chapel Creek Homeowner’s Association, Inc.

We hope that the president or secretary calls this meeting at the same time as our annual meeting for removal of all current directors and re-election of new Board of Directors.
