Good Day Everyone, 

This petition was created so that those who have been having issues with getting President of the UOPX/NSLS Chapter Miriam Christian to do her job, to have her removed from duties IMMEDIATELY. She has been on the eboard for nearly three years and has not been readily available to anyone at ALL. The executive board was created as a volunteer based career development chapter which is a part of the National Society of Leadership and Sucess 700 plus chapters. The University of Phoenix chapter specifically was designed for those in leadership, so that they can enhance and develop skills that they wouldnt receive otherwise outside of the organization. We utilize the materials within Success Networking Teams to help build up those looking to be better leaders.  Miriam Christian is never available to speak with, resolve any issues and she hides in the shadows barking orders as if this is a paid position. This type of behavior should not be tolerated. She is causing this chapter to fall apart. I think she should not be able to just sit on a position and not do what she was contracted to do and that is too lead. There are many of you that is capable of being president. Everyone that I speak to doesnt even know her, this is not distinguised behavior. She tells other executive board members to do all her dirty work when this should not be happening. This is a collaborative organization. We are all her to learn, develop and be better as leaders. If you stand in soldarity with this petition please sign it. You can always sign annonymous.
