On Tuesday 9/13/22, Torrie Banks reported to the police a fabricated claim that a student threatened her with death and the destruction of the school using explosives which she took from the insult "You are a blight to the school" which she twisted in a sick way, along with no evidence of said claim of the student saying the accused threat. Along with the convicted student never receiving a chance to tell their side of the story before being put inside Juvenile Detention and put under probation, which is quite traumatizing for the student being taken away from their family over a fabrication.

Due to the acts of Torrie Banks the student misses out on many core aspects of his childhood while also having to jump his legal hoops till the court date over one simple fabrication. In a result of doing so she has traumatized the family by getting one of their family members taken away and causing grief by having to deal with the stress of legal issues.

Miss Torrie Banks should be removed from Bruton High School and I want to keep other students safe from the same outcome, come support the cause and make the school a better place.
