Removal of Sentry Management: Demanding Transparency and Improved Communication

The Issue

As residents of the Wildwood of Avalon community in McDonough, GA, we have noticed an unacceptable pattern in service provision by Sentry Management, our Homeowners Association (HOA) service provider. Many of us have raised concerns that services are not being delivered consistently or sometimes not at all, yet Sentry Management has repeatedly failed to act upon these grievances. Many contractors who should be providing essential services to our community remain subpar, leading to dissatisfaction and worry among residents. 

What exacerbates this issue is the lack of financial transparency. Despite numerous requests, Sentry Management has bluntly refused to provide us with financial statements, including the annual budget, current community account balance, actual expense receipts, membership payments, and contractor lists. This lack of transparency raises questions about fiscal responsibility and accountability.

Given the importance of our right to understand where our fees are going, it is critical that we demand from Sentry Management the provision of financial statements and receipts from their vendor services. Equally important is for Sentry Management to improve their communication and responsiveness to residents' concerns and suggestions.

It's time for us to take a stand and demand better services and full transparency.
