Vystar has failed to develop and roll out digital platforms to keep its members informed.  Online banking as well as the banking application has been inoperative for two weeks, one week past the advertised date.  This has kept many members from paying bills in a timely manner as well as being able to see applicable balances.

Additionally, Vystar awarded the digital banking contract is Nymbus, in the amount of $20M.  Joel Swanson is the CEO of Vystar but also a board member of Nymbus, creating a conflict of interest.
