We are a community in Brunswick, GA that cherishes our neighborhood and its unique character. However, we have been facing an ongoing issue with our Homeowners Association (HOA) management company. They have been imposing rules without consulting us, the homeowners who live here and care for this place.

This is not just about rules; it's about respect and democracy. As a community, we want to take control of our own neighborhood and not deal with a management company making arbitrary decisions as they see fit. This is personal to us because these are our homes, where we build memories with families and friends.

According to Community Associations Institute (CAI), there were approximately 342,000 homeowner associations in the United States as of 2016. It's estimated that over 70 million Americans live under some form of community association - be it HOAs or condominium communities. Yet many residents feel their voices aren't heard when it comes to decision-making processes.

We believe that every resident should have a say in how their community is managed. We demand transparency from those who manage our homes and neighborhoods on behalf of us all.
