As concerned members of our community, we have witnessed a decline in the cooperativeness and communication efficacy between our current board members and our neighborhood. It is heartbreaking to see the very essence of what binds us—communication and mutual support—crumble due to lack of interest and action by those in key positions. 

Our current board members have been egregiously inactive and their communication in handling our community's affairs is severely inadequate. Their constant unresponsiveness hinders the progress of the neighborhood and denies the voices of its members.

In addition to this, our property management company has sadly left much to be desired; their failure to provide competent management and counsel to the board members has eroded confidence and trust in their ability to manage our properties effectively and efficiently.

We, as proud members of this neighborhood, cannot stand idle and let our community's interests be played with. Today, we are calling for the immediate removal of these inactive board members and the current property management company. We seek replacements who prioritize our neighborhood's needs, actively communicate, and engage in productive actions. We deserve management companies and board members who are accountable, transparent, and diligent in their roles, leaders who aim to build a vibrant, thriving, and harmonious community for us all.
