These issues include injustice, favoritism, wage theft, abuse of power, dishonesty, and harassment — all of which have contributed to a toxic and harmful work environment that violates our rights and dignity.

Preferential treatment of certain employees based on personal relationships or bias, rather than merit, has created division and resentment across teams.
Shorting Employee Checks / Wage Theft
Employees have reported being underpaid, missing hours from paychecks, or not being compensated for overtime. This is not only unethical — it is illegal.
Abuse of Power / Power-Tripping Management
Lourdes Reyes consistently uses their positions to intimidate, threaten, or belittle employees. Power is used not to lead — but to control, manipulate, and retaliate.
Lying and Deception
Employees have faced dishonesty regarding job expectations, HR procedures, benefits, and internal investigations. Trust in leadership is severely damaged.
Harassment (Verbal, Sexual, Psychological)

Audit payroll records to ensure all employees have been compensated fully and correctly. Reimburse any shorted wages immediately.

Revise and strictly enforce policies on harassment, favoritism, management conduct, and wage compliance.
Leadership Accountability
Hold all levels of management to a code of ethics, with real consequences for abusive or dishonest behavior.
