LEGO Dimensions was Travelers Tales' take on a LEGO game that was Toys-to-Life.  It was a fun game that introduced many different IP's into one LEGO game.  However, not many people got to experience it, due to the Toys-to-Life nature of the game.  Toys-to-Life is a game type that brings miniatures that can be bought along side the main game into the game itself.  LEGO Dimensions is not the first game to do this feature, however it didn't last long as buying the game was $100 for the starter pack alone.  If you were to buy expansion packs for it, buying all of them plus the starter pack is a whopping total of $565.  This is why hardly anyone was able to play the game.  If you wanted to 100% complete the game, you need all the characters that come in these expansions.  As someone who played LEGO Dimensions, I can attest to the game being incredibly fun and addicting.  At the same time, however, it was not worth the financial investment.  This is why I believe that LEGO Dimensions should be remastered on modern platforms without Toys-to-Life features.  If Travelers Tales did this, the game would be more available to fans of the genre with enhanced graphics of modern day platforms.  If you have wanted to try LEGO Dimensions but haven't been able to or if you simply agree with the petition, please sign.
