This shark is used as prop to make their store more appealing to bring customers in and buy their products. Frys electronics has neglected to give this poor shark a proper living space. The shark is way too big for it's current tank. This is animal cruelty.

The Humane Society of San Diego has already been called out to this location for this shark and Frys has yet to do anything to better the health of the shark. By signing this petition I hope that Frys will transfer the shark to a more suitable living arrangement where the shark can be properly taken care of and has free range to swim in an ideal living space that is safe for the shark and it's lifestyle.

Until action has been taken to properly home this shark in it's ideal and safe living space that is approved by marine wildlife professionals, I refuse to make any purchases at Fry's Electronics in-person or online.
