Relocate the Carpark at Altona Memorial Park for Respect of the Deceased

Relocate the Carpark at Altona Memorial Park for Respect of the Deceased
The issue
I, along with countless others, have had the painful experience of approaching the gravesites of our beloved departed at Altona Memorial Park only to find cars parked too close. This has been due to the location of the current reception carpark, which is disturbingly close to the family deceased plots. This proximity can create an unsafe environment where mourners, already lost in their grief, must worry about potential harm from moving vehicles just a few meters away.
This issue is not just about respect for the dead, but also for the living. We want, and deserve, a peaceful environment to mourn our loved ones without additional stress. It may seem a small thing to move the carpark just 3 meters, but the impact it would have on those of us paying our respects is immeasurable. Sorrow is not a figure written on a blueprint, but a human emotion that deserves to be treated with great sensitivity, especially in a place designed for remembrance.
We are not requesting a vast change, simply the relocation of the reception carpark at Altona Memorial Park. Regardless of the age of the plots, all deserve respect. Being able to grieve without fear of obstruction or disturbances is a crucial aspect of the mourning process which current park planning does not consider.
Enclosed in our request is the silent plea from those who have suffered the hurt of being unable to lay flowers or sit by the gravesite due to the proximity of parked cars. We, the bereaved, call upon the administrators of Altona Memorial Park to make this crucial change. We need you to acknowledge our plea and help us to offer the deceased the respect they deserve, and to provide their living loved ones a safe, peaceful place to mourn.
Please, I urge you to sign this petition so that we can make a necessary change for the Altona Memorial Park. Let us ensure that respect and safety come first in our community's final resting place.
