📌 The Issue

We are residents from multiple nearby colonies around Modi Palms and Golden Palms in Ameenpur. We have serious concerns regarding the proposed Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) being planned very close to residential areas.

This location is surrounded by several colonies, and a large number of families are living here, including children and elderly people. Placing such a facility in close proximity to homes raises clear concerns about its suitability for this area.

This is not just about one colony — it affects multiple residential communities in the surrounding area. The overall living environment, comfort, and future value of these properties may be impacted due to the location of this project.

We are not against development or sewage treatment infrastructure. However, the location of such a project is equally important and should be carefully considered.

We strongly request the concerned authorities to review this decision and relocate the proposed STP to a more appropriate location away from residential zones.
