Relocate Mrs. Gonzalez's robotics classroom to room G103
The Issue
My group was very involved in creating our SeaPerch robot, and having additional space would have significantly enhanced our experience. We used an inflatable pool to test our project on the last day, which proved immensely helpful. Imagine having such resources readily available throughout the course – it would have been a game changer for us.
Mrs. Gonzalez is an incredibly devoted teacher who prioritizes the success of her students. Her passion for the Robotics class is evident, and she consistently seeks to provide the best opportunities for her students. Relocating her classroom to G103, the former FFA room, would offer more space, accessibility to extension cords, and essential tools required for project testing and development.
The current classroom space is inadequate for the growing number of students eager to engage with robotics projects. Robotics requires not just creativity but also physical space for safe and effective learning, experimentation, and testing. Room G103 offers a larger area where students can freely move, collaborate, and innovate without feeling restricted or confined. The availability of proper infrastructure such as accessible tools and resources will enhance the learning experience and foster a more dynamic educational atmosphere.
Moreover, with the growing interest in technology and STEM, providing adequate facilities for these learning experiences is crucial. Relocating the Robotics classroom to a venue as fitting as G103 aligns with educational goals of fostering innovation, providing hands-on experience, and promoting STEM education. It ensures that students like us are prepared for future challenges and careers in engineering and technology fields.
To help Mrs. Gonzalez teach effectively and to provide students with the best educational experience, we ask for your support to relocate the Robotics classroom to room G103. Your signature can make this much-needed change possible and benefit current and future students tremendously. Please sign the petition and help us make this change a reality.
