We, the concerned residents of Sagewood in Connerton in Land O' Lakes, FL, USA, kindly request Lennar Homes to relocate their work trailer, dumpster, portable toilet, and storage pod on Wild Begonia. As the construction of all homes has been completed in our community, we believe it is time to improve this area as an open space with pond frontage for the benefit of our community.

By relocating these structures elsewhere or finding alternative solutions for their storage needs, we can transform this area into a beautiful open space that enhances our community's overall quality of life.

One example we would like to highlight is the open space between homes in Verona on Wistful Yearn Dr. 

The presence of construction-related structures such as work trailers and dumpsters can negatively impact property values within close proximity.

By relocating Lennar's work trailer, dumpster, portable toilet, and storage pod on Wild Begonia to an area with further construction growth, and transforming the area into an inviting open space with pond frontage, we can create a positive impact on our community's overall well-being.
