We love Billy Strings, and Montana fans are always excited when he comes to play. But we believe the University fieldhouses — the Adams Center in Missoula and the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse in Bozeman — are not the right venues for these shows.

Here’s why:

Overwhelming heat: These indoor arenas lack proper air conditioning or airflow during summer shows, making the experience uncomfortable and unsafe.
Poor concessions: Fans often face long lines and limited options, even for basics like water.
Staffing challenges: Inefficient or underprepared staffing leads to unnecessary frustration.
Montana has better options. The KettleHouse Amphitheater, for example, provides fresh air, beautiful scenery, and a space that matches the energy and scale of a Billy Strings show.

We’re asking Billy Strings’ management and event promoters:
  Please stop booking Montana shows at the Adams Center and Brick Breeden Fieldhouse.
  Instead, choose outdoor venues like KettleHouse Amphitheater that provide a safer, more enjoyable experience for both fans and the artist.
