Direct Express Cards who partner for social security payments have been locked, declined for no reason. Customer service is almost always overwhelmed the system tells people to try again later. Rent's need paid, people need medication, transportation ect and there are no answers after 3-4 months of the back and fourth declines. September still no answers and everyone's card being declined. There needs to be answers. We need to know people are safe when it comes to their financial well-being when on a limited and restricted income.
