Dear Mr. Biden,

Please use your title to release the jailed Washington D.C. Capital Building tourists and exonerate all who have been charged, due to the peaceful demonstration of their First Amendment constitutionally protected right.

Many were invited in by law enforcement and/or security, with others following who saw no reason not to enter The People's House.

In addition, they were not told that their flag poles were considered weapons and were allowed to bring them in. Further, at least one peaceful person who was carrying a flag on a pole was led on a guided tour by those in uniform.
