IF THE OFFICIAL STORY IS TRUE, RELEASE THE VIDEO. 369 people have now signed for answers in the death of Jason Corey Kilzer. There is one question that becomes harder to ignore the longer this goes on: Why are we still being asked to choose between conflicting accounts when video evidence may exist? On August 8, 2025, Jason Corey Kilzer was shot and killed during an operation involving members of the U.S. Marshals Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force in Reagan, Tennessee. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s preliminary account says Jason exited his vehicle and produced a firearm before a task-force member shot him. Jason’s mother, Sheila Kilzer, says she witnessed her son’s death and has publicly described a dramatically different version of what happened. A federal civil-rights and wrongful-death lawsuit filed by Jason’s mother and daughter has also raised serious allegations challenging important parts of the official narrative. Those allegations have not yet been proven in court. That is exactly why the evidence matters. 🎥 WATCH SHEILA KILZER TELL WHAT SHE SAYS SHE WITNESSED: https://youtu.be/Pl3930hyd88?si=q7k7NwWfznNkb5yC 🎬 WATCH & SHARE REEL 1: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1Ec9qHZiQq/ 🎬 WATCH & SHARE REEL 2: https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1d7TcQnSvD/ Watch them. Listen carefully. Then ask the question that should not be difficult to answer: WHERE IS THE VIDEO OF THE SHOOTING? If Jason produced a firearm exactly as described in the official account, release every piece of legally releasable video evidence that can establish what happened. If the critical moment was not recorded, explain why. Which officers had cameras? Which cameras were activated? When did they begin recording? What footage exists? What footage does not exist? What evidence was preserved? And if footage exists but cannot currently be released, tell the public what exists and explain the legal basis for withholding it. That is not anti-law-enforcement. That is accountability. This petition is not asking anyone to blindly accept the family's version. It is not asking anyone to automatically condemn an officer before the evidence is examined. WE ARE ASKING FOR THE EVIDENCE. Because when government agents exercise the ultimate power of the state — taking a human life — transparency cannot simply mean issuing an official narrative and expecting the questions to stop. Jason cannot tell us what happened. His mother has told the public what she says she witnessed. The government has given its account. A federal lawsuit is now challenging that account. SO LET THE EVIDENCE SPEAK. If the evidence confirms the official story, show us. If the evidence contradicts it, the public deserves to know that too. And if the most important moments somehow were not recorded, the public deserves an explanation for that as well. We are at 369 verified signatures. Our next goal is 500. ✍️ SIGN THE PETITION: https://c.org/6s4BS5HYfT But please don't stop at signing. Watch the interview. Watch both reels. Share them. Tag journalists. Tag Tennessee media outlets. Tag elected officials. Send the petition directly to reporters. Ask the question publicly. Ask it repeatedly. Ask it until someone provides an answer supported by evidence: WHERE IS THE VIDEO OF JASON COREY KILZER’S SHOOTING? Release the footage. Explain what wasn't recorded. Preserve every piece of evidence. Let the facts speak for themselves. Jason deserves answers. His family deserves answers. The public deserves answers. #JusticeForJasonKilzer #JasonCoreyKilzer #ReleaseTheBodycam #WhereIsTheVideo #PoliceTransparency #GovernmentAccountability #ReaganTN #WestTennessee
