Phillip Punxsutawney has been nothing but a beam of light for the people of our town. There is no town greater than Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, USA. However, on February 2nd of this year, our beloved Phillip was unexpectedly arrested on conspiracy charges related to manipulation of the local weather. Every year for a hundred years, we've bent our heads, and lent our ears, to listen to his famed prognostication. Without intervention from local law enforcement, particularly that of the sheriff's office, we can guess but we don't know if we should dress for sun or snow until we hear it from old Punxatawney Phil.
