I’ve been in the army for a year now. I’m on medication for depression, anxiety, and insomnia. I’ve had a major hip and back injury before I even got to my 1st duty station. This now causes constant back issues every now and then which can be unbearable at time. I’m only 19 and I just want to sane and healthy again yall�. I just wanna be free!
