In an act of retribution The State of Alabama revoked a non-existent probation and put Michael Pardue behind bars. Pardue had been wrongfully imprisoned in 1973; he fought and finally won his freedom in 2001. A civil lawsuit was filed and won for this twenty-eight year loss of liberty and life. Retaliation was threatened and has indeed occurred.
