Our fight stems from a deeply personal struggle. As I pen this petition, my wife is being denied vital services by her healthcare provider, Fidelis. Countless times, they’ve approved procedures only to later deny them after she receives the procedure's or equipment and refuse payment to the medical facility. This should not just be discouraging, it should be deemed unpatriotic. I, a UnitedHealthcare client, have endured an equally troubling ordeal. My wheelchair was destroyed in a storm, yet my request for assistance was declined. For someone who is wheelchair-bound and a high-risk faller, this denial effectively strips me of my mobility, Fidelis also denied my 10 year old SSI approved disabled daughter her Occupational Therapy against the occupational therapists recommendations denying a child anything healthwise is just not American at all. 

Simultaneously, we call for the exoneration of Luigi Mangione. An undeserved federal terrorism charge and the looming death penalty is no justice for him what he did was a true American Patriotic Act he brought to light the unsettling fact that our healthcare system is broken and something was needed to be done due to NO ONE LISTENS TO THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TRUELY STRUGGLING ALTHOUGH WE HAVE HEALTHCARE INSURANCE that the CEO's are just lining their pockets and WE PAY THE PRICE. These distressing events necessitate our urgent plea for change. We demand immediate redress from the CEOs of healthcare companies whose practices deprive the public of vital equipment, medications, and services. This ostensibly fraudulent conduct cannot go unchecked.

In pursuit of honest justice, this petition seeks not only to see Luigi Mangione freed from his unjust charges but also to hold these healthcare company CEOs accountable for their companies' actions and have them charged with terroristic charges. They should understand the pain their decisions cause to everyday Americans trying to take care of their health and well-being.
