I alongside other creators, joined Parkson agency in April, seeking support and advice to grow our TikTok platforms. Despite our expectations, the help we received was minimal, the support was scarce; primary assistance stemmed from team notorious and its owner Chaz and manager Becky. An opportunity arose to transfer to a new agency under TikTok's system. The promise was great to all of us creators – a fresh start, better assistance and we were told that transfer would be processed by the 1st July. But as for some of us, it was just a mirage.

Parkson has chosen to retain some accounts, including my own, disregarding our willingness to move and our rights in accordance with TikTok and UK policies. We have been kept in the dark, disconnected, blocked without any form of explanation or rational argument regarding the agency’s conduct.

This situation impacts not only our professional path but also our mental health. Being voiceless and cut off from our power to manage our creation is causing stress, frustration and helplessness. Such conditions have been outed before. A survey conducted in 2020 shows that 48% of content creators suffered from disrupted sleep, increased stress levels, and anxiety due to practices alike.

Now, we act. We demand that Parkson agency recognizes our rights, respects TikTok policies, and the law. We implore them to release the detained TikTok accounts and allow creators to continue their path with the agency of their choice.
