Release Classic Movies in Walt Disney Versions + More Related Additional Content

The Issue

We implore Disney to recognize and confirm our petition to achieve the greater good, following a response and reaction to the "Create and Release the "Disney Memorable" Collection Permanently" petition. This petition gathered strong support, enabling us to immediately claim a victory for our latest request, guaranteeing all acquired real signatures. Avoiding impatience and delay, we aim to gain a legal and correct victory for our petition carefully and securely, without defamation, cheating, deceit, dishonesty, or manipulation, by following a lawful, legal, and responsible process, as the amount of user comments and voice videos is unimportant.

Because of limited time, we cannot gather additional signatures for our petition. As a result, we have decided to validate it immediately and permanently to support the greater good without ignoring any assistance. While we recognize that collecting 7.5K signatures is not an action, our focus remains on securing Disney's immediate confirmation. While social media sharing, user comments, and voice videos may raise awareness, we must remember that our petition stands on its own goals, and we must not rely on another method to lead Disney into a response.

The petition, "More Related Additional Content," supports our proposed initiatives and their accompanying performance-based bonuses, explicitly connecting and representing our only petition, to strengthen our efforts.

Our petition has been carefully prepared to prevent it from becoming ineffective, discredited, invalidated, or misrepresented, guaranteeing its ability to bring the important changes needed for the common good and prioritize safety, ensuring the required support and recognition we urgently need.

We support the strong realization and continuous release of proposed movies in Walt Disney versions. Our petition aims to permanently bring these initiatives to life, perfectly matching Disney's mission of spreading joy and happiness. We must recognize and not belittle the importance of these projects.
Our petition must keep its validity and effectiveness, as any inaction could interrupt and disappoint Disney fans. Immediate action is necessary to honor our petition, demonstrate respect, and ensure the well-being of all involved. We insist on real actions, not empty promises, to avoid complications and protect our trustworthiness.
Any more delays or dismissive behaviors will only harm progress and lead to disappointment between Disney fans. We urge Disney's immediate confirmation of our petition to keep its reputation, ensure ongoing success, and strengthen fan support. Let's join to see these projects succeed and reject any negativity that may invalidate our cause.

Unfortunately, if Disney still decide to invalidate or discredit our petition even after a careful review resulting in silence or worse, keeping passivity (due to unknown words in our petition leading to Disney's confusion), it will render our effort ineffective and become backfired, and have harmful consequences, creating unwarranted interference and disappointing fans. This issue demands immediate attention. We must collaborate to stop this continual disrespectful/dismissive attitude and protect Disney's reputation and fan community forever. Furthermore, we implore Disney to learn themselves with the unknown words by using dictionaries or a simple Google search to enhance their education and improve their vocabulary effectively for good.

--

We believe that the Walt Disney Company's previous absence of focus on CinemaScope, Panavision, and Todd-AO formats led to its decline. To solve this, our proposal proposes:
1. Adding CinemaScope, Panavision, and Todd-AO films into the Disney collection. The stated reason is to ensure Disney's future success and prevent negative consequences for Disney fans (disappointment, fear, etc.).
2. Releasing information about Disney's ownership and originality of specific and proposed films (with their trailers) are true, original American productions in Technicolor while revealing the main American International Pictures' titles. Our proposal lists "The Haunted Palace," "Master of the World," "Beach Party," "Tales of Terror," "The Raven," "The Comedy of Terrors," "The Pit and the Pendulum," "Tomb of Ligeia," "The Premature Burial," "House of Usher," and "The Masque of the Red Death," and proposes distributing accurate information about their original Technicolor format, and the ColorScope technology developed by Panavision.
3. Clarifying Disney's role in the production of these films. Our proposal highlights that the Walt Disney Company only produced the films in collaboration with other studios. This role will be highlighted in news outlets.
4. Confirming Disney's only ownership of original music in these films. Our proposal wants to confirm Disney Music Group or Walt Disney Records composed the soundtracks in collaboration with other music recording studios.
5. Immediately release all information after confirmation of our petition.
Our proposal highlights the importance of accuracy and truthfulness in all distributed information, promising that the information is non-defamatory and without libel. It proposes using authorized news outlets and the website "disneymemorable.com" for distribution. Verified facts must be shared through official news channels to prevent negative consequences such as fan disappointment, speculation, and false information.

We urge Disney to recognize our petition and prioritize our proposed change implementions. To ensure accuracy and support for our cause, we request the company to:
* Publish articles highlighting our petition and its goals.
* Share official information about the petition's validity and progress.
This real communication will demonstrate Disney's agreement to addressing our concerns and developing a positive dialogue with our community.

Including all proposed movies in Walt Disney versions on our petition, which belong and own to the Disney brand permanently, can greatly enhance and boost The Walt Disney Company. It is worth noting that Walt Disney, in the past, successfully created a few CinemaScope and Panavision movies, highlighting the potential effectiveness of our request. We also recommend making all the proposed and upcoming productions available on Disney+ permanently, without any removals. All the proposed movies in Walt Disney versions listed on our petition are important, appropriate, required, justified, good, correct, and highly desirable.

--

We propose permanently releasing the following classic films in Walt Disney versions to Disney+ and distribute them on six region-free discs in 4K Ultra HD/Blu-ray/DVD formats with all special features in separate boxes, keeping their original aspect ratios, enhanced DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1, Dolby TrueHD 7.1, Dolby Atmos, and their Blu-ray and Disney+ color restorations with stabilization (without shaking) without film grains, scratches, and dirt, delivering the ultimate viewing experience to fans worldwide. Additionally, we recommend including all special features and digital codes for the special bundles.

We also propose colorizing the black and white films in Technicolor, and recolorize "The Student Prince" in Technicolor, using the same Technicolor saturation and cinematic exposure from the 1961 film "Babes in Toyland" in a Blu-ray/Disney+ format.

We propose the following modifications to match the Walt Disney brand and keep accuracy:

  • Replace Warner Bros. Pictures, Columbia Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, American International Pictures, Orion Pictures (if included), CinemaScope, VistaVision, A Twentieth Century-Fox Release, and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) logos with the "Walt Disney Pictures" and "Distributed by Buena Vista Distribution Co., Inc." logos (matching the year's time).
  • Replace Disney-unrelated taglines with "Walt Disney Presents" separately, including changing "DeLuxe," "Metrocolor," "Cinecolor," "Pathécolor," "Color Gaiety," "Eastmancolor," and "MagnaColor," to "Technicolor®" using the original fonts.
  • Change Disney-unrelated copyright taglines to "Walt Disney Productions," flawlessly matching the existing fonts, removing all Disney-unrelated taglines.
  • Remove Warner Bros. Pictures, Columbia Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), and "An American International Picture" logos and add "A Walt Disney Production" for all the movies with matching fonts in the concluding "The End" screen.
  • Add "A Walt Disney Production" to "The End" screen, change "Dino De Laurentiis Presents" to "Walt Disney Presents," and add "Dino De Laurentiis'" in capital letters and the same fonts in the movie's title in the opening title of 1966 Walt Disney's The Bible: ...In the Beginning movie.
  • Remove "Released by Twentieth Century-Fox Film Corporation" and "In association with Seven Arts Productions" taglines and add "Released by Walt Disney Productions" and "Distributed by Buena Vista Distribution Co., Inc." at the end credits in the same font in 1966 Walt Disney's The Bible: ...In the Beginning movie.
  • Change the whole Disney-unrelated copyright tagline to "MCMLXVI Walt Disney Productions. All rights reserved." in the same font in capital letters and remove the outdated MPAA certificate/All Rights Reserved at the end credits in 1966 Walt Disney's The Bible: ...In the Beginning movie.
  • Update the opening and closing credits of all listed movies in Walt Disney versions by removing the old MPAA certificates and adding the new MPAA logos.

Furthermore, we kindly request that Disney contact Warner Bros., Columbia Pictures, 20th Century Studios, Dino De Laurentiis Studios, Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), American International Pictures, Alta Vista Productions, and Orion Pictures to obtain the necessary permissions and avoid copyright or trademark infringements.

We propose a collaboration between Disney, Warner Bros., Columbia Pictures, 20th Century Studios, Dino De Laurentiis Studios, Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), American International Pictures, Alta Vista Productions, and Orion Pictures to release films together.

We implore these films to accept MPAA G ratings, accessible across all platforms. Lastly, the MPAA certificate would feature the new MPAA logo for all Walt Disney versions. Additionally, we recommend making all the movies in Walt Disney versions available on Disney+ permanently, with no deletions. All movies listed in Walt Disney versions are requested kindly to be considered as American and Disney movies.

--

We suggest making the following changes to ensure that our brand match the Walt Disney brand and remains accurate:

  • Change the original movie titles to the recommended new movie titles for the Walt Disney versions.
  • Match the new movie titles for the movie title cards in the proposed movies in Walt Disney versions.
  • Presenting the proposed movies in Walt Disney versions with stabilizations available on all platforms.
  • No film grains or scratches are present for the proposed movies in Walt Disney versions, as we believe that these films' original, unchanged quality makes them truly exceptional, necessary, and the best in their collection.
  • Have all the proposed movies in Walt Disney versions available in its original English language only in three movie audio formats without any additional international languages.
  • Modify the movie title from "The Perils of Pauline" to "Pauline's Greatest Fame and Star."
  • Recognize "The Bible: ...In the Beginning" in Walt Disney version as the correct movie's name.
  • Change the movie title from "Cape Fear" to "A Thrilling Drama."
  • Modify the film's title from "Tales of Terror" to "Halloween Literature" to represent the 1962 Walt Disney version.
  • Have the original Stereo (RCA Sound Recording) of "The Moral and Immoral Drama," "The Raven," "House of Usher," "The Halloween Comedy," "Red Devil," and "Halloween Literature," and "Justice or Discrimination," alongside the original Stereo (Westrex Recording System) of "Tomb of Ligeia" for all formats.
  • Including no inappropriate content in "Peyton Place" and "Return to Peyton Place" in Walt Disney versions.
  • Remove character names and voice actors' faces from the credits in certain movies in Walt Disney versions, which they are unnecessary.
  • Include no crime, violence, and fear in "A Thrilling Drama" while keeping its current form.
  • Remove sorrow in "To Kill a Mockingbird" in Walt Disney version.
  • Replace the current "Ryder Sound Services" logo with the "RCA Sound Recording" logo for "The Moral and Immoral Drama," "The Haunted Palace," and "House of Usher" in Walt Disney version.
  • Add the "RCA Sound Recording" logo for "Halloween Literature," "The Raven" in Walt Disney version, "The Halloween Comedy," and "Justice or Discrimination."
  • Remove the tagline "All characters and events in this photoplay are fictitious and any similarity to persons living or dead is purely coincidental" from the opening and closing credits of "Halloween Literature," "The Moral and Immoral Drama," "The Raven," "House of Usher," "Tomb of Ligeia," "The Halloween Comedy," "Red Devil," and "Justice or Discrimination."
  • Delete all the character names and use the same fonts in Walt Disney's "Summer Magic" for the opening and ending credits in Walt Disney's "The Halloween Comedy" movie.
  • For Walt Disney's "Tomb of Ligeia" add the actors' names to the opening credits and removing the cast and characters' scenes that appear after the movie's ending scene fades to black.
  • Include "The End" at the top and "A Walt Disney Production" at the bottom in 1976-styled fonts displayed on a black background before gradually fading out to black, similar to the closing scene transition in Walt Disney's "Tomb of Ligeia," as seen in "The Haunted Palace."
  • Add "The End" at the top and "A Walt Disney Production" at the bottom, displayed in 1976-1977-styed fonts before the screen fades to black in Walt Disney's "The Raven."
  • Remove the unnecessary background featuring a spider, butterfly, and web and instead use the same fonts seen in Walt Disney's "Summer Magic" movie opening credits, as showed in the opening credits of Walt Disney's "The Haunted Palace."
  • Keep the standard speed throughout "The Halloween Comedy" for the scene featuring the two actors tilting the black coffin, causing the landlord to stumble and fall, is shown with its aimed normal speed. It will show Peter Lorre using the shovel to dig into the soil and dispose of the landlord.
  • Delete the "Edgar Allan Poe's," "The Masque of the Red Death," and "The Raven" logos in the end, which have been present from the beginning in Walt Disney's "Red Devil" and "The Raven."
  • Remove all the characters' names and add the tagline "Walt Disney Presents" for Walt Disney's "Red Devil" and "The Raven."

We propose that the highly recommend Halloween Literature and The Halloween Comedy have an unforgettable Disney Halloween celebration filled with joy and excitement. We also suggest "The Haunted Palace," "Tomb of Ligeia," "The Raven," "House of Usher," "The Moral and Immoral Drama," "Red Devil," "The Halloween Comedy," and "Justice or Discrimination" in Walt Disney versions are all based on Edgar Allan Poe's stories.

--

We aim to release (or re-release) several films in "Walt Disney" versions, despite their original production or distribution according to different entities like American International Pictures (AIP). We also claim that these films, while potentially including horror or thriller elements, will be replaced or restudied as family-friendly "epic drama-thrillers" that are suitable for the Disney brand.

Important Recommendations and Justifications:

  • Branding and Presentation:
    * Rebrand existing films ("The Haunted Palace," "Tomb of Ligeia," "The Raven," and "House of Usher") and release proposed unreleased films ("The Moral and Immoral Drama," "Red Devil," "The Halloween Comedy," and "Justice or Discrimination") in Walt Disney versions.
    * Replace logos of original production/distribution companies (AIP, MGM, Orion) with "Walt Disney Pictures" and "Distributed by Buena Vista Distribution Co., Inc." logos.
    * Adjust opening and closing credits, font styles (1976-1977 year), and copyright notices to match a Disney production.
    * Include a "Walt Disney Presents" title card before the movie title.
    * Change MPAA-approved certificates to the current MPAA logo.
    * Content Modifications and Safety:
    * Ensure all films receive an MPAA G rating by avoiding disturbing, hateful, violent, or inappropriate content.
    * Highlight that any potentially disturbing elements are fake through special effects, makeup, and safe materials.
    * Provide specific examples of safety steps (e.g., non-sharp pendulum blade in "The Moral and Immoral Drama" with John Kerr's safety being protected by a steel band around his waist, protecting while allowing the pendulum to cut his shirt without causing harm.)
  • Audio Adjustments:
    * Remove original music scores from "Tomb of Ligeia" and "The Moral and Immoral Drama" and replace them with finale instrumental music from classic Disney films "The Ugly Dachshund," "The Light in the Forest" (transposed by +1 in Eb major with normal speed), and "The Moon-Spinners" (transposed by +1 in Eb major with normal speed) without sound effects or chorus.
    * Match new intro and outro music with the DTS sound qualities and remove all unwanted original music flawlessly throughout the story.
    * Modify or remove potentially disturbing sound effects in "Halloween Literature."
  • Visual Adjustments (Specifically for "Halloween Literature"):
    * Remove red liquid flowing backgrounds, voice actors' faces, and character names in the end credits of Walt Disney's "Halloween Literature" movie, and have all the end credits fonts in white color and the 1978-year font style.
    * Remove the "American International Pictures," "Edgar Allan Poe's," and "Tales of Terror" logos, alongside replacing "Pathé" with "Technicolor®" with the same fonts.
    * Eliminate specific scenes with red liquid, cat paw prints, and dream sequence effects from the "The Black Cat" segment.
    * Remove the suspending cymbal track in the end credits music of Walt Disney's "Halloween Literature" movie and release an alternate version of the ending theme featuring the suspended cymbal track, alongside the original track version, on the movie's soundtrack album.
  • Technical Specifications:
    * Update IMDb details to match "Color (Technicolor)" and "Technicolor" as laboratory details.
    * Specify the cinematographic process as "Panavision (anamorphic)" for "Tomb of Ligeia" and "Red Devil."
    * Highlight Stereo (RCA Sound Recording) alongside Stereo (Westrex Recording System) for "Tomb of Ligeia," Panavision, alongside CinemaScope for "House of Usher," and processed in Technicolor.
  • Public Relations and Information Control:
    * Release "official, accurate information" about the films through authorized news outlets and "disneymemorable.com" to validate the concept and tell fans about the family-friendly nature of the re-releases.
    * Highlight that the films are "interesting epic drama-thrillers, not conventional horror movies," based on Disney spooky adventure films like "Escape to Witch Mountain."
    * Guarantee all proposed revelations and IMDb details are truthful, authorized, and without defamation or libel. Support for distributing accurate information without false or misleading statements.
  • Collaboration:
    * Propose collaboration between Disney, MGM, AIP, and Alta Vista Productions (potentially including Orion Pictures) to make the release of these films in Walt Disney versions.
  • Goal:
    * Ensure these "Walt Disney" versions of the films are more successful than the original releases by AIP.
    * Create an "indefinite happy place" within the Disney brand through these re-releases.

We plan to fit these films into the established Disney brand effectively through technical modifications, branding changes, and careful messaging, highlighting family-friendly themes and preventing potentially harmful elements.

--

We propose reviewing and removing all unnecessary graphic scenes depicting color liquid flowing and swirling from "The Moral and Immoral Drama" and "The Raven" (with red liquid flowing), including those included during the storyline and credits in "The Moral and Immoral Drama."

NOTE: The movie screenshot and image, sourced from Google, is not owned by us. Its use is strictly for "Fair Use" purposes, and we have secured the necessary license to recognize and protect the original owner's rights in our petition.

--

We propose including the stabilized "Buena Vista Distribution" logo for the movies Halloween Literature, The Haunted Palace, Tomb of Ligeia, The Moral and Immoral Drama, Red DevilThe Raven, House of Usher, The Halloween Comedy, and Justice or Discrimination using the same colors, fonts, and positioning shown in this image provided. We've planned a "Buena Vista Distribution" logo, using AI to visualize our concept. We hope Disney will bring this idea to life.

NOTE: The vectorized image is not owned by us, but originally belongs to Disney. Its use is strictly for "Fair Use" purposes, and we have secured the necessary license to recognize and protect the original owner's rights in our petition.

--

We propose removing the "An American International Picture" logo from the credits, moving the credits from the outro to the intro flawlessly, and eliminating unnecessary graphics (including for the end credits) in the films "The Moral and Immoral Drama," "The Raven," "The Halloween Comedy," and "Red Devil." The scene would have video sound still playing, showing Patrick Westwood closing the door as John Kerr and Luana Anders leave the torture chamber, and then the camera moves fast to Barbara Steele in the Iron Maiden. The scene should have no video transitions and depict Barbara Steele trapped in the Iron Maiden.
The scene will then turn into an artwork and freeze using the same video transition with the same colors and outline at the end of any segment shown in "Tales of Terror," displaying Edgar Allen Poe's quote for "The Pit and the Pendulum" in the same fonts, colors, and positioning from "Tales of Terror" before fading entirely to black. Afterward, the screen will fade to reveal "The End" at the top and "A Walt Disney Production" at the bottom, both in 1976-styled fonts against a black background. This same fading-to-black technique should also be applied in "The Moral and Immoral Drama," similar to what is seen in "The Haunted Palace."

Just as we propose keeping the original music for "Morella," "The Black Cat," and "The Facts in the Case of M. Valdemar" for the "Halloween Literature" movie in its normal form, we recommend duplicating these segments and releasing alternate versions of "The Black Cat" and "The Facts in the Case of M. Valdemar" with the following adjustments.
For "Morella," we suggest flawlessly deleting all the original music and using the ending music from the 1966 film "The Ugly Dachshund." This music would match the DTS sound quality without any sound effects or voices.
For "The Black Cat," we suggest flawlessly removing all the original music, deleting the entire dream sequence, and using the ending music from the 1964 film "The Moon-Spinners." This music would be transposed by +1 in Eb major, played at normal speed, matching the DTS sound quality, and without any sound effects or voices.
For "The Facts in the Case of M. Valdemar," we propose eliminating the original music and including the ending music from the finale scene of the 1958 film "The Light in the Forest." This music would be transposed by +1 in Eb major, played at normal speed, matching the DTS sound quality, and without sound effects and chorus.
These alternate versions would be made available as special features on physical discs and as permanent extras on Disney+ for viewers to explore separately.

We propose a strategy for expanding the Disney Music collection with several classic film soundtracks, using restored and enhanced audio formats.

Main Proposals:

  • "Halloween Literature" Soundtrack: Release a complete "Halloween Literature" (1962) soundtrack album featuring restored and enhanced music tracks from Les Baxter's scores. Prioritize unreleased and uncut versions of tracks (without all sound effects, dialogues, and narrations) from "Morella," "The Black Cat," and "The Case of M. Valdemar," including alternate versions without singing female choral vocals. Offer DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1, Dolby TrueHD 7.1, and Dolby Atmos surround sound options for each track.
  • "The Moral and Immoral Drama" Soundtrack: Release a restored and enhanced version of the existing "Pit and the Pendulum" track, renamed "The Moral and Immoral Drama," alongside unreleased and uncut music tracks (without all sound effects and dialogues) from the 1961 film. Offer DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1, Dolby TrueHD 7.1, and Dolby Atmos surround sound options for each track.
  • Multiple Soundtrack Albums: Release six additional soundtrack albums: "The Haunted Palace," "Justice or Discrimination," "The Halloween Comedy," "The Raven," "Red Devil," and "House of Usher." Include existing tracks from previous album releases (e.g., "The Haunted Palace / The Premature Burial") and join with unreleased/uncut movie-exclusive music tracks (without all sound effects and dialogues). Restore and enhance the tracks in DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1, Dolby TrueHD 7.1, and Dolby Atmos surround sound options for each track.
  • "Tomb of Ligeia" Soundtrack: Release an original, complete "Tomb of Ligeia" (1964) soundtrack album featuring all unreleased and uncut original music scores by Kenneth V. Jones (without all sound effects and dialogues). Restore and enhance the tracks in DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1, Dolby TrueHD 7.1, and Dolby Atmos surround sound options for each track.

Common Elements & Justification:

  • Restoration & Enhancement: All proposed releases highlight high-quality audio restoration and enhancement in DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1, Dolby TrueHD 7.1, and Dolby Atmos, comparing to the audio quality of classic Disney animated films. Individual surround sound options for each track are included.
  • Permanent Availability: All releases would be considered permanent additions to the Disney Music collection, available in both digital and physical formats, with no future plans for discontinuation or removal.
  • Strategic Partnership: We highlight partnerships with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, American International Pictures, Alta Vista Productions, La-La Land Records, and Orion Pictures.
  • Pre-Movie Launch: All releases would happen before the launch of any associated film releases.

Whole Goal:
We aim to expand the Disney Music collection greatly with historically important film soundtracks, presented in the highest possible audio quality and ensuring their permanent accessibility to fans.

Due to the length of our petition's description, we kindly request that Disney accept our solicited and related requests showed in the informational image below:

Additionally, we propose featuring an instrumental version of the song "Acknowledge" from the "A Private Petition for Making the First-Following Cover Songs as Disney Versions" petition in "Vincent Price's Journey" after Walt Disney Records produces this track. Moreover, we recommend making "Vincent Price's Journey" available on Disney+ permanently, without removal. Lastly, we suggest releasing the original soundtrack albums before distributing the proposed movies in their Walt Disney versions.

Relating to our petition, we propose creating these movie posters in the 1970-1980 artistic style for all Disney versions separately, carefully designed with fonts and styles that capture the year's design. Additionally, we recommend including the individual tagline headers "Walt Disney's" and "Walt Disney Presents" on separate posters. By doing this, we aim to recreate the style found in Disney's timeless movie posters. Furthermore, we suggest accompanying these posters by 1970s-1980s MPAA G ratings and a "Technicolor®" tagline. Moreover, we propose the posters of all the proposed movies in Walt Disney versions featuring modern MPAA G rating logos similar to the one found on the 1976 Freaky Friday poster. For all the proposed movies in Walt Disney versions, we request posters with classic MPAA G rating logos, matching the logo sourced from the highlighted direct link. All theatrical posters on our petition are strictly non-theatrical. Finally, we recommend permanently uploading these posters to "disneymemorable.com" in original resolutions, PNG formats, and high quality without JPEG compression or image noise.

--

We propose using this subtitle option and style listed on this image below for "Vincent Price's Journey" and all the proposed movies in Walt Disney versions across Disney+ with digital and physical formats:

NOTE: The image included in our petition, sourced from Google and containing three copyrighted elements owned by Disney, is not our original work. Its use follows the "Fair Use" laws, and we have ensured all necessary permissions are respected to honor the rights of the copyright owners. We do not claim ownership of this image; it is used only for purposes permitted according to "Fair Use."

  • Main Concept: All proposed Walt Disney versions of movies will feature actors portraying themselves, not fictional characters.
  • Online Presence:
    * Petition to inspire Wikipedia and Fandom (Disney Fandom Wiki) to create complete, individual articles for each film, profiling the actors involved.
    * Separate articles on Wikipedia and Fandom related to proposed movies in Walt Disney versions, exclusively listing actors (no character portrayals) in all sections (including cast and plot). Content will have no character details.
  • Branding & Legacy: Releasing these films will strengthen the legacy of all involved actors, directors, and composers as permanent members of the Disney brand.
  • Confirmation & Originality: These movies will be original, exclusively Disney productions, originally produced in Technicolor. The proposal claims a best level of creativity compared to versions produced by other studios (named individually).

    * Include the same MPAA G rating logos used on other Disney 4K Ultra HD releases in the United States and Canada.
  • Protection & Agreement: We highlight an agreement to protecting these products from discontinuation.

Consequences of Inaction (as stated by us):

  • Invalidation of our petition.
  • Damaging Disney fans.
  • Spread of "false claims, premature announcements, and unrealistic expectations."

  • Cause harm, trauma, and embarrassment to signatories and Disney community.

Justification & Claims:

  • Aims to secure Disney's future and eliminate uncertainty.
  • Petition is legal, avoids spam, and represents necessary changes.
  • Requests for "extras and bonuses" are solicited and part of our petition's cause.

Proposed Action Plan:

  • Disney to release official information about confirmed movies and initiatives through established news outlets and the DisneyD23 Expo.

NOTE: All these requests listed below are solicited and directly related to our petition.

    * Content Modifications and Safety:

--

  • Release & Ratings:
    * Release official and accurate IMDb details after petition verification.
    * Apply permanent MPAA G ratings to all 4K Ultra HD releases (boxes, cases, discs, physical and digital platforms).
  • Language & Market:
    * Produce all movies exclusively in US English for all international markets.
    * Include the same MPAA G rating logos used on other Disney 4K Ultra HD releases in the United States and Canada.
  • Protection & Agreement: We highlight an agreement to protecting these products from discontinuation.
