Dear BBC can you please release the surviving episodes of The Diary of Samuel Pepys on DVD. The Diary of Samuel Pepys which was a 1958 BBC stars Peter Sallis as Samuel Pepys. It was a 14 episode part series about Samuel Pepys' life at the court of Charles II from 1660 to 1669. Out of all 14 episodes produced for the series 10 of them are believed now to be lost and the only surviving episodes of the series are episodes 1, 7, 8 and 13.

Please contact the BBC and ask them nicely to release the 4 surviving episodes of The Diary of Samuel Pepys (1958) on Region 2 DVD.
