Three things:

1. I'm super pleased to announce that just a few days ago the City of Sanford gave us OUR FIRST VICTORY in the reject the campground proposal campaign.  The town declared the developer cannot build 13 cabins along the shores of the pond!  As this was the most lucrative part of the proposal, and because they now have to completely re-vamp their plan, we are waiting to see what will happen next.  We expect a modified plan soon.  However, the shoreland zone around the pond is essentially now protected!  Thanks for your help with this stunning victory!
