Reject Pulte 31-Unit Townhome Development in Zionsville

Reject Pulte 31-Unit Townhome Development in Zionsville
The Issue
**Protect Zionsville’s Community and Safety: Say No to the Pulte 31-Unit Townhome Development**
Zionsville is a town known for its charm, green spaces, and thoughtful planning. We take pride in being a community that grows with care and intention. The proposed Pulte 31-unit townhome development at 4101 S 875 E does not reflect that vision.
With several new projects already underway nearby, this additional high-density development would put more pressure on local roads and infrastructure and alter the character of an area cherished for its open space and connection to nature. This location already experiences heavy daily traffic and limited access, making it an impractical site for increased housing density. Located directly across from Trailside Elementary, beside the Big-4 Rail Trail and Heritage Trail Park, and near an intersection already known for congestion, the site sits in one of Zionsville’s most active and family-oriented corridors. Additional traffic from 31 units would only intensify these challenges and reduce the safety and accessibility of the area for residents and visitors alike.
We ask the Planning Commission to reject this proposal and continue guiding growth that keeps Zionsville beautiful and true to the values that make our town such a special place to call home. Thoughtful growth will protect what makes Zionsville livable and uniquely ours.
Please sign to show your support for protecting Zionsville’s character and ensuring future development reflects the thoughtful spirit of our community
