We are asking all Western Australian Property Managers to sign this petition to show REIWA & the Department of Commerce that the Act needs to change to allow Property Managers more rights where required. 

We believe that Property Managers need more control when it comes to abusive/ violent tenants, new ways on how to go about removing these people from properties & rules regarding whether they can or cannot attend a final inspection. We also believe that there needs to be changes to allow tenants to be blacklisted for items other than just owing rent arrears such as damage to property, physical violence & verbal abuse.
