We, the undersigned, urgently call upon the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development Office of Adult Education & Literacy Services to assist in reinstating the Free English as a Second Language (ESL) program in Vineland, NJ. The college has recently decided not to renew the contract for this essential program, which will have a profound negative impact on the Vineland, NJ community and surrounding areas.
