Two members of our drum corps family were recently dismissed unjustly for allegedly being behind in their performances. However, this couldn't be further from the truth. These two individuals, whom we consider brothers on the drumline, have always demonstrated an unwavering commitment and passion for improving the entire corps, inspiring us with their dedication and energy.

Drum corps is a world built on precision, discipline, and teamwork. It's not just about striking the right chord but about striking it together, as a cohesive unit. Over the years, these members have shown exceptional skills and improvement, exemplifying the spirit and tenacity we strive for as a corps.

Their dismissal was based on an inaccurate assessment of their contributions and capabilities. Other members and I can vouch for their performance, determination, and potential. Let us not overlook their hard work and resilience that adds to our collective strength on the field.
