I have been a loyal customer of The Body Shop for many years, with their original White Musk scent being my go-to fragrance. It's one of the few scents that doesn't trigger my migraines and has become an integral part of my identity. However, recently, this beloved product was replaced with a vegan option which does not hold the same appeal to me or other long-time customers.

For over 20 years, countless customers like myself have been purchasing and enjoying this unique scent. We appreciate The Body Shop's commitment to ethical sourcing and animal welfare but believe there should be room for non-vegan options that cater to those who have grown attached to their original products.

The global perfume market is expected to reach USD 91.17 billion by 2025 (Grand View Research), indicating a strong demand for diverse fragrances catering to different consumer preferences. By removing the original White Musk scent from its product line-up, The Body Shop risks alienating a significant portion of its customer base.

We urge The Body Shop to consider bringing back the original White Musk scent alongside its vegan alternatives, allowing consumers freedom of choice in their purchases without compromising on quality or personal comfort.
