I, like many others, have been deeply affected by the recent changes to Snapchat's bitmojis. The new designs are not only unattractive but they also incite anger among app users. We miss the old bitmojis that allowed us to express ourselves in a fun and unique way. The new designs do not capture our personalities and emotions as effectively as the old ones did.

Snapchat is a platform used by 238 million people daily worldwide (Statista, 2020). A significant portion of these users utilize bitmojis on a regular basis for communication and self-expression. By changing the design of these beloved digital avatars, Snapchat has inadvertently caused dissatisfaction among its user base.

We understand that change is inevitable in technology and design. However, we believe that such changes should enhance user experience rather than detract from it. We urge Snapchat to listen to its users' feedback and bring back the old bitmoji designs or at least provide an option for users who prefer them over the new ones.
