Spanning from Muscat to Sur, Sohar, Nizwa, and beyond, families and diligent Gujarati professionals have long relied on the direct Ahmedabad flight. The sudden disruption has led to inconvenience, financial stress, and frayed connections. We now earnestly request the Indian government, Oman government, Muscat Airport Authority, Ahmedabad Airport Authority, as well as airlines like Salam Air, Air India, Vistara, SpiceJet, and Indigo to hear our plea.

In the face of adversity, we propose the restoration of this vital route, ensuring a minimum of once-weekly flights—preferably Thursday night (~9 PM) from Muscat to Ahmedabad and Saturday night (~9 PM) from Ahmedabad to Muscat. However, in the event of challenges, any feasible flight timings would suffice, as long as the vital direct link is restored. Beyond convenience, this reinstatement reunites families, facilitates work travel, and nurtures cultural bonds.
