The CT Racial Imbalance Law was a crucial piece of legislation that sought to address and rectify racial inequities within Connecticut's public school system. Since its suspension, there has been a notable backslide in the equitable distribution of educational resources, exacerbating the racial disparities in our schools.

Racial imbalance in schools doesn’t just harm students of color – it undermines the entire educational ecosystem.
