Like so many fans, I was devastated when I discovered that our dearly beloved Ponch and Nikki Show was abruptly yanked off the airwaves of 99.7 The Point. We are heartbroken. This abrupt cancellation is not just disrespectful to Ponch and Nikki, but also a betrayal to us, their avid listeners. We believe they did not deserve this, and we certainly did not deserve this.

For fans like me, Ponch and Nikki were more than just radio hosts. Their show offered a breath of fresh air every morning and brought smiles to our faces. Their enthusiastic personalities, excellent humor, and community involvement made our mornings brighter and helped us start our days with positivity.

Not only have we lost a beloved show, but 99.7 The Point has lost a significant number of its listeners. As per data from National Association of Broadcasters, the US Radio listening audience contributes about 88% of the weekly reach of all format of AM/FM radio. Having our favorite hosts taken from us has undoubtedly caused a potential decrease in regular listeners, which is not good for the station either.

It's time to bring back Ponch and Nikki, the voices that made our mornings delightful. Let's call upon the management of 99.7 The Point to reconsider their decision and reinstate the Ponch and Nikki Show, giving back to the community the joy we once had. Let's make our voices heard.
