I am writing this petition out of deep concern for the recent dismissal of Steven Small, the former Acting Head at a local school. His departure has left a void that is palpable within our community. He was an invaluable asset to our school, bringing with him a unique blend of leadership and compassion that truly made a difference.

Under his guidance, we saw significant improvements in both performance and student engagement. The school environment became more conducive to learning and students were inspired to strive for excellence. 

Steven's removal from his position seems unjustified and counterproductive given these positive changes he brought about. We believe that reinstating him would be in the best interest of our children's education and the overall well-being of our community.

We urge Highland Council to reconsider their decision, taking into account the positive impact Steven had on our school during his time as Acting Head. Please sign this petition if you support reinstating Steven Small for the betterment of our local education system.
