As an individual who cherishes and respects the women in my life, it deeply pains me that their bodily autonomy is currently under threat. Their rights, their choices, and their health are all in jeopardy due to the retraction of reproductive rights in various states. It's heart-wrenching to hear and read abhorrent stories of women being denied necessary, life-saving care.

The Guttmacher Institute reports that 58% of American women of reproductive age lived in a state considered either hostile or extremely hostile to abortion rights in 2019. These figures are not just statistics, they represent real women - mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends - living under draconian laws that deny them their rights.

The World Health Organization underlines the importance of reproductive rights, stating that they are directly linked to reduced maternal mortality rates and improved overall health for women. Denying women these rights puts their lives at risk and is a clear violation of human rights.

This is a call to action. We must work together to reinstate and protect reproductive rights for women across all states. Whether it is a mother, sister, significant other, or friend in your life, every woman deserves the right to make decisions about her body freely and without interference. I also want to preface that if you donate any money of any amount, I don't care about the money. I care about bringing awareness to an issue that shouldn't be political but sadly it is. I care about women having their right to choose. As far as your signatures go, I will try my hardest to bring it to the state government and hopefully the federal government so women can get their right to bodily autonomy back. Now if I do get money from it, then I'll use the money to fund protests and continue to bring awareness to other issues in America.
