After over 45 years, Winterthur paused our beloved Point-to-Point Steeplechase Races for 2026.  Now, it appears that this tradition that spans three generations may not ever return.

While we love celebrating Winterthur’s 75th anniversary, we believe this historic Brandywine Valley spring tradition is irreplaceable. It brings our community together, showcases our equestrian heritage, the unparalleled tailgating atmosphere, delightful parades, and family fun. 

We need your help to save it.

We are sending a formal petition to the Winterthur Board asking them to bring the Point-to-Point races back and preserve them as a long-standing tradition for future generations. Whether you are have attended this event yearly since 1979, or are a local neighbor, or just love race day, your voice matters.
