I am a resident of Yakima, WA, USA and a loyal customer of Panera Bread. The Broccoli Cheddar Mac and Cheese was not just another item on the menu for me; it was an experience that brought joy to my palate. Its unique blend of flavors made it super yummy and irresistible.

Panera's Broccoli Cheddar Mac & Cheese was introduced in 2020 as a fusion of two fan favorites - the broccoli cheddar soup and mac & cheese (source: Panera Bread official press release). It quickly gained popularity among customers for its creamy texture and rich flavor profile.

However, this beloved dish has been removed from the menu without any clear explanation or alternative. This has left many customers like myself disappointed.
