We are  devoted KFC customers. Recently, my experience with KFC has drastically changed - and not for the better. KFC has changed their chicken fillet recipe, stripping it of the memorable taste it once had. They've also changed the gravy, further impacting their distinctive flavor. KFC claims these changes were due to a lack of demand for the original chicken fillet. However, as a regular customer, I find this claim hard to believe.

For years, KFC has been synonymous with unparalleled taste, a fact attested to by millions of customers worldwide. According to Statista, KFC had approximately 24,104 branches worldwide by 2020, reflecting its immense popularity. My personal experience, coupled with conversations in various social communities, suggests that the original chicken fillet was adored by many and a critical part of their KFC experience.

I urge KFC to provide proof of their claim that the original chicken fillet was not popular among customers - without infringing on customer data privacy. The transparency will only serve to boost customer trust and loyalty.
