We, the undersigned parents, students, alumni, and members of the school community, respectfully ask the reinstatement of Mr. Nick Niemerg as principal of St. Michael School.

During his time at our school, Nick has demonstrated a deep commitment to the academic excellence, spiritual development, and well-being of our students. Under his leadership, our school has grown not only in achievement but also in fostering a strong sense of Catholic identity, compassion, and community.

Nick has been a consistent presence of faith and guidance, embodying the values that our school strives to instill in our children. He has built trusting relationships with students, families, faculty, parish members, and people from outside this community by creating a positive and supportive environment.

We respectfully ask that the decision to not retain  Mr. Nick Niemerg be reconsidered. We believe that stability in leadership is critical for our students’ success and that his continued leadership is in the best interest of our school and parish community.

We offer this request with respect for the authority of church leadership and with hope for open dialogue, transparency, and unity moving forward.
