  It has come to our attention that our beloved 8th Grade Information and Communication Technology (ICT) teacher of SIFA Learning Academy Charter School has been fired. This teacher not only excelled at educating us in ICT, but also played a pivotal role in shaping our broader learning experiences. By allowing this to happen, the future educational opportunities of potentially hundreds of students are being compromised. Our teachers are being treated unfairly and student needs aren’t being out first

 Our ICT teacher truly demonstrates how much he cares for his students by always putting us first. Whether it's staying after class to answer questions, offering extra help when we’re struggling, or making sure every lesson is tailored to our needs, he’s always willing to go the extra mile. He listens to our concerns, respects our opinions, and ensures that we understand the material before moving forward. His dedication creates a supportive and encouraging environment where we feel comfortable asking for help and are motivated to succeed. It’s clear that he values our learning and personal growth above all else.

  ICT education is crucial for preparing students for the digital future. According to the World Economic Forum, 65% of students will work in jobs that don't exist today, and most of those roles will require ICT proficiency. Also, our school always had graduates who excelled in technology fields, underlining the importance of ICT education.
