I am reaching out today because I was recently unmodded during a TikTok Live session, and it has been a really emotional situation for me. As someone who has dedicated a considerable amount of time to supporting content creators and fostering a positive community on TikTok, losing my moderator status feels like a significant setback.

Moderation on TikTok Live is not just about enforcing rules—it's about building a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. Over time, I've developed meaningful relationships and a sense of responsibility towards the community. This role allowed me to contribute actively, ensuring that harmful and inappropriate content is kept at bay while supporting genuine interactions.

It's important for platforms like TikTok to recognize the dedication of moderators who volunteer their time to keep online spaces healthy and vibrant. Mistakenly or unfairly revoking a moderator's status not only affects the individual moderator but also the broader community they helped cultivate.

Therefore, I am calling on TikTok and the specific content creator involved in this decision to reconsider and reinstate my moderation rights. Doing so will allow me to continue contributing to a safer and more engaging environment for everyone involved.

Also, I urge TikTok to set up more transparent processes for moderators, including clear communication channels and guidelines for when and why moderator status can be revoked.
