We, the parents, students, and community members of Mount Shasta Elementary School, are deeply saddened by the unjust termination of Miss Courtney Marx from her position as a TK teacher. Her dedication and nurturing spirit have touched the hearts of every child who has had the privilege of being in her classroom.

Miss Courtney's profound impact on our children's lives is undeniable. She has been an integral part of their educational journey, fostering their growth and development with unwavering commitment and passion. The decision to terminate her position not only affects Miss Courtney but also disrupts our children's learning environment, and our entire community.

As parents, we have seen firsthand the positive changes Miss Courtney brings to our children's lives. Mount Shasta Elementary School prides itself on providing quality education to its students. However, this decision contradicts that very principle by removing a beloved teacher who has consistently demonstrated devotion, kindness, and excellence in her role as an educator and member of our community. 

We urge you to reconsider this decision for the sake of our children's education and well-being. Reinstate Miss Courtney Marx as a TK teacher at Mount Shasta Elementary School – for she is more than just an educator; she is an irreplaceable part of our hearts and our community.
