We want to start off by saying we have built a safe environment in our city for working professionals, musicians, college students, and all to enjoy a night of entertainment under the stars in downtown Savannah, Georgia. Our rooftop lounge has become an integral part of the local culture and nightlife. However, there are a few who do not see us as an addition to Savannah and have taken it to the top of city politics.

Live music is more than just entertainment; it's a lifeline for many local artists who depend on venues like ours for their livelihood. According to the U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics, Georgia ranks among the top states with over 4% employment share in arts, design, entertainment, sports and media occupations. This shows how vital such platforms are for supporting these professions.

Moreover, our lounge contributes significantly towards tourism - one of Savannah's major industries that supports over 27 thousand jobs as per Visit Savannah. The unique experience we offer attracts visitors from far and wide contributing towards this industry.

We have created unique nights that cater to all walks of life, we are now deemed a nuisance to the City of Savannah. The live music at our rooftop lounge enriches our community by providing cultural experiences while also supporting local talent and boosting tourism.
