Hemphill Street was once a four-lane road accommodating large volumes of traffic smoothly and efficiently. Road diets like this are often implemented with the intent to improve safety for all users. However, the change has not only caused increased traffic congestion but it also significantly raised travel times.

This petition calls for a reevaluation of the current traffic situation on Hemphill Street. We are urging the City to review the traffic conditions and take into account the feedback from the locals.
